A metro Atlanta native, Jacquelyn began her training when she was just three years old at Dance Stop Studios.  There, she studied ballet, tap, jazz, and lyrical contemporary dance. When she was 11, she was accepted in to the Dance Stop Company and by the time she was thirteen she had begun performing lead roles in the annual performances.  Throughout high school, Jacquelyn spent her summers studying dance at the annual Kennesaw State University summer intensive, as well as teaching dance at a local summer camp.  She went on to attend the University of South Carolina where she furthered her training in ballet and contemporary.  In June of 2018 Jacquelyn, along with her colleagues at USC, got the opportunity to perform at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC for the National American Dance Festival. She also had her choreography featured in Columbia’s Emerging Choreographers Showcase.  She graduated Cum Laude from South Carolina with a BA in Dance Performance and Choreography in May of 2018. Most recently, Jacquelyn danced in Sorrento, Italy with Staibdance Contemporary Company as a part of their summer intensive. Now, as a new member of Zoetic, she is very excited to be working with such a talented and strong group of women.
