Amber Thompson

Amber is a native of Atlanta who has been dancing all her life. She received her BFA from Point Park University, where she trained in the technique and repertory of Hubbard St. Jazz Dance Chicago and worked with several choreographers such as Doug Bentz, David Storey, Margo Sappington and Kevin O’Day. Amber teaches at Atlanta Ballet and the Susan Chambers School of Theater Dance. She has also choreographed for Brookwood High School, were her work has been performed at the National High School Dance Conference in Baltimore. Amber teaches Zoetic’s open company class and contributes to choreography for Zoetic’s concerts.
