Chrystola “Chryssy” Luu is a proud fourth year member and Principal Dancer with Zoetic Dance Ensemble. Chryssy was born in Atlanta, Georgia, but much of her childhood was spent in Monroe, Louisiana where she began her dance training at the age of three years old. She has trained in various styles of dance including ballet, pointe, tap, modern, jazz, musical theater, and aerial dance. 


Some of the highlights of Chryssy’s dance career include winning Dancer of the Year in the AMTC national talent competition in Charleston, South Carolina. She also gained recognition for her talents with the NAACP, where she was afforded the opportunity to compete in Orlando, Florida at the ACT-SO competition, placing among the top 20 dancers in the nation. 

Chryssy continued her dance training through college, attaining a dance scholarship and attending New World School of the Arts in Miami, Florida. She completed her degree at the University of Georgia, graduating Cum Laude and receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance. Chryssy continues to train and perfect her craft, most recently by attending the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater summer intensive program in New York. In addition to being a member of Zoetic Dance Ensemble, Chryssy currently runs her after school dance program, Just Dance It! LLC.
