KATIE-BETH SCHULTZ 

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 

Katie-Beth Schultz is the Executive Director of Zoetic Dance Ensemble. Katie-Beth pursued a performance career in dance in Atlanta, GA after graduating cum laude from East Carolina University in 2013 with a BFA in Dance Performance.

Katie-Beth was a member of Zoetic Dance Ensemble since 2015 before becoming the company's Executive Director in 2018. 

Throughout her performance career, Katie-Beth carved a path for herself in business development & management, website development & management, administration, customer service, accounting, marketing, social media management, community outreach, event planning & strategic planning though her work with local small businesses in the Atlanta area since 2013.

HENRY BAXLEY

BOARD CHAIR

Henry Baxley is the Vie President of Operations Cabinet Resources Partners, LLC. His three decades of Operations Management includes careers at large and intermediate corporations as well as small businesses at General Shale, Herman Miller, Flex Tech Components, and currently at Cabinet Resources Partners, LLC.

Henry has worked with and served as a Committee Chair for the Susan Chambers Dance Company from 2005 to 2015.

Henry is a graduate of Mercer University, Stetson School of Business with a BA in Management and lives in Lawrenceville, GA in Northeast Atlanta.

 

MATT HORGAN

VICE CHAIR

Matt Horgan is an Associate Artistic Director at Dad's Garage Theatre, a mid-sized professional comedy and improv theatre in Atlanta, GA. Matt has been on staff at Dad's since 2011, and has also been an improviser, instructor, writer and director there since 1998. During his 20 year improv career, Matt has been fortunate enough to perform and teach the oft-maligned art of making things up all over the U.S., Canada and Europe.

Additionally, Matt spent 13 years at Turner Broadcasting in the Network Operations group, serving as a Manager of Commercial Traffic for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim from 2007-2011.

Matt has served on the Zoetic Board of Directors since 2004, which makes him both the longest serving Board member and dinosaur.

 

ELIZABETH GROFIC

TREASURER

Liz Grofic is an Assistant Solicitor General in the DeKalb County Solicitor's Office. She is in the Special Victim's Unit, primarily working on domestic violence cases. She has been practicing since 2010.

Liz is also a performer and improvisor, working since 2014 with Dad's Garage Theatre Company, a 501(3)c Improvisational Theatre Group serving the Atlanta Arts Community since 1995.

Liz is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the Catholic University of America's Columbus School of law.

WREN BAXLEY

MARKETING + FUNDRAISING 

Wren has a strong passion for marketing. She is currently pursuing her degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville, GA. Wren is also experienced in Social Media management, through her marketing work for local small businesses such as Peace, Love & Decorating and Stephen H. Rountree PC. 

Wren comes from a dance background, receiving her training at Chambers Performing Arts since the age of 8 years old. She is experienced in various styles of dance as well as acting and singing. She has previous training and performance experience with Zoetic Dance Ensemble. 

 

ASHLYN SÜPPER 

MARKETING + EVENTS

Ashlyn is a Communications major with a focus in Public Relations. She has experience in Event Coordination, Marketing, and PR fields from marketing firm, Accent Creative Group, and Medieval Times Inc., an international Dinner Theater Company. 

Along with Ashlyn’s interest in Business, she also has an extensive background in all styles of dance, choreography, acting, and live performance. She has worked with Zoetic as a student and guest performer on various projects. Ashlyn received her dance and performance training from Chambers Performing Arts.
