Katie-Beth Schultz is currently the Executive Director of Zoetic Dance Ensemble. She has been teaching & performing throughout North Carolina & Georgia since 2007. Katie-Beth received her dance training at Burlington Academy of Dance and Arts in her hometown of Burlington, NC with a concentration in ballet under the direction of Virginia Freeman Dupont. Katie-Beth graduated cum laude from East Carolina University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance studying under and performing works by Galina Panova, Tommi Galaska, John Dixon, Patti Weeks, Teal Darkenwald and Clarine Powell while receiving her minor in sociology. While attending ECU, Katie-Beth received numerous leadership awards including induction into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the Alpha Kappa Delta International Sociology Honors Society, in addition to serving as President of East Carolina Dance Association. Since 2014, Katie-Beth found a home in dancing with the women of Zoetic Dance Ensemble under the direction of Mallory Baxley. In her time of performance with Zoetic, Katie-Beth had the honor to grace dance film works by Mallory Baxley that have been shown at various Atlanta venues, performed in Art on the Atlanta Beltline’s Exhibitions and other local Atlanta art galleries and performed as part of the Zoetic Dance Ensemble RAW Artists of Atlanta. Katie-Beth also performed and toured with Zoetic outreach programs including CLASSIFIED in Detroit, Michigan for the ASSEMBLE Dance Festival, MIXTAPE master class & performance series in Atlanta, GA and LUX for the Going Dutch Dance Festival in Chicago, IL. Katie-Beth has also gained additional experience in business development & management, website development & management, administration, customer service, accounting, marketing, social media management, community outreach, event planning & strategic planning by being employed by local small businesses in the Atlanta area since 2013.



Henry Baxley is the Director of Project management at Cabinet Resources Partners, LLC. His three decades of Operations Management includes careers at large and intermediate corporations as well as small businesses at General Shale, Herman Miller, Flex Tech Components, and currently at Cabinet Resources Partners, LLC.

Henry has worked with and served as a Committee Chair for the Susan Chambers Dance Company from 2005 to 2015.

Henry is a graduate of Mercer University, Stetson School of Business with a BA in Management and lives in Lawrenceville, GA in Northeast Atlanta.



Matt Horgan is an Associate Artistic Director at Dad's Garage Theatre, a mid-sized professional comedy and improv theatre in Atlanta, GA. Matt has been on staff at Dad's since 2011, and has also been an improviser, instructor, writer and director there since 1998. During his 20 year improv career, Matt has been fortunate enough to perform and teach the oft-maligned art of making things up all over the U.S., Canada and Europe.

Additionally, Matt spent 13 years at Turner Broadcasting in the Network Operations group, serving as a Manager of Commercial Traffic for Cartoon Network and Adult Swim from 2007-2011.

Matt has served on the Zoetic Board of Directors since 2004, which makes him both the longest serving Board member and dinosaur.



Liz Grofic is an Assistant Solicitor General in the DeKalb County Solicitor's Office. She is in the Special Victim's Unit, primarily working on domestic violence cases. She has been practicing since 2010.

Liz is also a performer and improvisor, working since 2014 with Dad's Garage Theatre Company, a 501(3)c Improvisational Theatre Group serving the Atlanta Arts Community since 1995.

Liz is a graduate of the College of William and Mary and the Catholic University of America's Columbus School of law.
